- 1 medium banana
- 1 orange, peeled and quatered
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder (vanilla works too)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
Potential SpinsAdd some natural or greek yogurt, top with some zested orange peel, add any healthy mixes you have lying around, or add spinach for a bit of extra healthy boost. Use two serves of protein powder (one each) if you are on a high protein diet. Add a tbs of oats to increase satiety.
- Add ingredients to your blender
- Pour into two glasses.
